The Louisiana Boardwalk is an almost brand new, upscale shopping center setup like a city with streets and even a trolley. It is a VERY nice place and is almost connected to the Louisiana Boardwalk and BassPro. The Horseshoe Casino is directly across the river from the Eldorado and it is technically located in Bossier City. Sam's Town and Eldorado are both nice places, but Eldorado's actual casino is the nicest and probably the largest in town. It is also a very busy street/area and I've always felt 100% safe walking between the two casinos, even late at night. They are literally side by side and the walk from one lobby to the other is probably 150 yards or so. They are both on the Shreveport side of the river and located in a pretty neat part of the city. I can probably offer some helpful advice.Īs for walking between the casinos, there are only two that are really side by side.
